WIL membership is voluntary.
WIL unites players from different countries, who want to compete with each other and who want to show their abilities. Each member has the opportunity to compete in WIL’s tournaments and participate in the distribution of its award funds.
WIL is the only league which organizes series of tournaments “Masters” with award for the winner of
100 000 000$.
Every member of WIL according to his personal SPRING has the right to participate in
tournaments from the respectively level. In order to has the right to participate in higher level the participant must have a definite minimum of points from tournaments from every category from the respectively level.
What is SPRING?
SPRING defines the personal rating of every member of WIL. It is being calculated automatically on special formula and depends on the number of victories in separate games, number of wins in tournament games and wins over a player with higher SPRING.
For WIL tournaments!
Every announced tournament begin at 00,00 h London time. WIL announces in advance the dates for the tournaments , their levels and their award fund.
Every member of WIL has the right to announce participation in a tournament, corresponding to his SPRING. Therefore he must fulfill a form for participation. The accepting of forms is terminated 72 hours from the beginning of the tournament. During a tournament every participant has the right to make a provocation to a participant with higher SPRING. In this case the provoked player is obeyed to answer the challenge, but he has the right to choose on which of the officially announced tournament games will the duel be played.
The three major rues of WIL:
1.By win îver a player with higher SPRING. You get an additional bonus.
2.Every member can offer another member a duel. Every member has the right to accept or reject a proposition for a duel. If he accepts the offer he has the right to choose a game for the duel.
3. During a tournamenta player with lower SPRING.has the right to challenge a competitor with higher SPRING.In this case the challenged player is obliged to accept the challenge, but he has the right to choose the game for the duel.
